Before we begin, a proper introduction of me and what I have done over the past 15 years will help you understand who I am.

As a professional, I have built a career in servicing Life Science companies, helping them solve business problems with innovative technologies and skilled services. I am a business development professional with years of experience in technologies for Clinical Operations, Drug Safety, Regulatory, Quality Management, Medical Information, Analytics and Reporting.

As a family person, I have successfully raised a family with 5 beautiful daughters who are well on their way to becoming power house women in the workforce. They are my pride and joy, my "why". I am also the support, coach, and cheerleader of an accomplished sales executive husband who has created an amazing career of his own in tech as well.

As a philanthropist, I have help hundreds of women navigate the life of multiples, in ways that only parents of multiple birth children can understand. I have volunteered my time and knowledge to support and educate them in what it is like to go from 1 to 4 kids in one pregnancy.

As an entrepreneur, I have led teams of accomplished professionals, guiding and supporting them throughout their journey. My teams have elevated their expertise and gained more skills to refine their abilities and become better professionals. Many have taken this knowledge and developed their own personal business and brands.
