The Journey

If I told you I knew exactly the path and the destination, it would not be true. It took me a few years to really figure out what was going to be my career path. I think that to this day, I have been discovering more about my path. It all started with Sales and lead me down to a more specialized focus. I look back and think how did I get here, but honestly, I wouldn't change a thing.

The world of technology is dynamic, fast paced and innovative. It creates excitement, disrupts industries and changes the way people live, learn and work. What could be better than this for a gal who loves change? I love to be at the forefront of innovation and solving problems for my clients in this way.

There is little I would change about my path so far, and would likely just do it faster. Having arrived in the world of Lifesciences a little later in my career, instead of jumping into an opportunity early on. I guess the leasons would not have been received if the road was not the same, for that, I am thankful and grateful to have worked for a variety of great organizations.

Today, I am looking to progress beyond the contributor role, and become a leader in the space to help others down the same road, guide and coach as best I can. My experience has taught me to be humble and kind, but to be hungry and passionate at the same time.
